Its good to meet people who share the same love for the Grateful Dead and the other jam band music. Its even more so for people that really were there and saw the Grateful Dead at Legend Valley when it was Buckeye Lake! Have a Grateful Day.

I just saw this on the site-
Due to unforeseen conditions, Donna Jean & the Tricksters regretfully will not be able to perform at the 2008 Grateful Garcia Gathering. We apologize for any inconvenience. Also, we at the GGG really want to make it clear that New Riders of the Purple Sage very much wanted to play the 3Gs and perform for their fans, and would have for less than the agreed upon fees, as long as they didn’t lose money. Unfortunately, with our financial state, it was not possible for us to be able to cover their deposit of 50% of the guarantee. They went well out of their way to try make this happen, but we had to make the decision to cancel the New Riders. We're very bummed out about our discision, but it was the right thing to do. -Tim Sundog
